Let the world know about you, yes , “you” , you are gifted and you are beautiful.  Let us empower each other in this life for the benefits of both worlds. Today is Jummah 11th Muharram 1440,  21st September 2018, at 15.15 pm in Leicester , United Kingdom The domain muslimapreneur.com is nearly 3 years old. I have been wanting to launch this site since then but I think Allah wanted it for me to start writing to you , my beloved sisters in islam today. I am using the simplicity in the english language so that no one is left out. I want to reach the high-achieving muslimahs as well as those who were less fortunate to get an education.  If English is not your main language, we are planning to have translation services in future. Let me start by introducing myself.  My name is Amina Bibi and I am a mother to 5 kids and 2 grandchildren so far even though I am still in my 40s by the Grace of Almighty Allah.  I strongly believe that I have a lot to give to others in terms of my lifetime experience,  I am currently based in the United Kingdom and have been here for the last 15 years. So I was born in Mauritius, a small island in the Indian Ocean where my parents and most of my family currently live. I have studied and worked and got married there ,before making this big move to UK. Life has thrown me some huge challenges and Alhamdullillah I have come out stronger in every case. More on this later. EDUCATION:  Maybe you would want to know a little of my Academic and Work background now. So here you go. I am a bilingual person with good commands of English and French and some knowledge of Urdu and Arabic.  I have been called “studious” in my younger age as I love to learn and study new things all the time.  I studied at one of the best girls catholic school of my Country,  and after my A Levels, started working full time straight away and carry on studying  Computer Science at the University of Mauritius, followed by a Degree in Computer from the British Computer Society which was never completed. However I pursued my self learning journey in Digital Marketing and E-commerce and successfully acquired Expert status in these fields. MARRIED LIFE: As fate would have it, I got married at 22 years and became a mother at the age of 23 years old with my son.  A year after my daughter was born and 3 years on, here is another son .  I then moved to the Uk and after 7 years I had my fourth child , a boy named Muntasir and lastly after 2 years my youngest daughter Zahra was born Alhamdullillah. CAREER: I started my career journey as a full time Accounts Officer, promoted to Assistant Accountant and then moved to the public sector as a Senior Administrator. Meanwhile I was also a Computer Tutor after work and on weekends. Moving to the Uk is where the Online Entrepreneurship began. After a few years in the Management dept at the Council, I voluntarily quit without any regret to look after my fourth child Muntasir and then Zahra. Want to know more what happened then, well I became a full time Entrepreneur starting a website named modestfashion uk, selling  islamic clothing and accessories on Ebay then on Amazon. My first ever ebook I bought for learning google Adwords was called “Day Job Killer” by Chris Carpenter and this changed my life and immediately brought me a huge affiliate paycheck. Building website, started off as an Amazon affiliate and then moving as a successful Clickbank affiliate.  Well this was in year 2005.  13 years on , I have acquired Expert knowledge online on SEO, SMM, Business coaching and my learning journey progressed rapidly, and more and more success was achieved Alhamdullillah. It has been a challenging journey with an emotional roller-coaster.  One thing for sure,  the most important thing which kept me going, I never abandoned my 5 times salaat due to pressure of being my own boss. Did I miss something? Yes, sadly in the year 2010, I was diagnosed with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. Rheumy has announced that I might be crippled in a wheelchair if my arthritis carry on progressing at that rate. “Verily, with hardship there is relief” (Qur’an 94:6)  “Perhaps Allah may bring victory or a decision according to His Will.” (Qur’an 5:52)  However I feel I need to tell you more on this in another post,  Allah saved me.  During this 8 years with arthritis, I have accomplished a lot more, I went for Umrah ( I had already accomplished Hajj when my 4th child was born) , I went to visit several other countries Alhamdullillah.  The next best thing that also happened is that I became a Leader and business Coach for a team of 300 local businesses mostly women helping them to earn an income from home.  I was recognised for my hard work. As a results I attained the position of Eagle Manager and was flown  to a very high end luxurious holiday and seminar in Mexico all expenses paid. Muslimapreneur is about you my sister, whether you are young or old, poor or rich, successful or not yet there, you will have a voice here, I welcome all women irrespective of their  culture, colour, race, literate, illiterate, or country to contribute their thoughts, fears, successes, knowledge, advice which will benefit others. I have made the first step to let you in my life, to disclose a snapshot of my life in all honesty , and I want to invite you today to take a lump of faith and submit your articles to be published with us , (kindly read about the criteria for articles acceptance) as we want to be fair to each and everyone of you. Leave a Legacy, let others know your struggles and how you came out victorious. Even if you have been “just a housewife” all your life, We believe in you, we appreciate you, it is your gift, you have a lot to give to society, we want to get you recognised here under this platform. No one will be allowed to judge you inshaa Allah. I only mentioned the above to convey a very important message to you, no matter what happens to you, there is always this silver lining around the dark cloud.  Even better, after every difficulty , there are 2 facilities. “Verily, with hardship there is relief” (Qur’an 94:6) “Perhaps Allah may bring victory or a decision according to His Will.” (Qur’an 5:52) I have seen this times and times again. The word of the Almighty remains true in all circumstances. “…Bear with patience whatever befalls you….” (Qur’an 31:17) and “Be not sad, surely Allah is with us.” (Qur’an 9:40) Read more: http://mudassirsworld.blogspot.com/2009/07/verily-after-hardship-comes-ease.html#ixzz5RkzYxaeU If what I have written above inspire you even 1% to be proactive in your self development, or if my story encourages you to be patient in life a tiny bit more , I am the happiest woman now and ever.
